Anti-Fraud

Comprehensive Life Settlement Investments LLC supports the efforts of law enforcement in their fight against insurance fraud. Insurance, viatical or life settlement fraud can occur when buying insurance, submitting a claim for benefits, selling insurance, obtaining a viatical or life settlement, providing a viatical or life settlement, or a viatical or life settlement company purchasing a policy. Consumers can protect themselves against fraud by dealing with only licensed viatical or life settlement companies. You may contact your state department of insurance to make sure that a particular viatical or life settlement broker or viatical or life settlement provider has all the proper licenses.

Do Not Call Policy

Comprehensive Life Settlement Investments LLC uses the telephone as one important way to stay in contact with our clients and our potential clients in the life settlement business. At Comprehensive Life Settlement Investments LLC, (referred to as “Comprehensive”, “our”, “us”, or “we”), our clients (“you” or “your”) are our highest priority. Generally, our client contacts are business to business and not business to consumer. We respect your privacy and your desire to avoid telephone calls, faxes, or pre-recorded messages to your residence for the solicitation of new business which is an activity that we do not engage in.

We support and encourage registration on the national Do Not Call registry http://www.donotcall.gov and will appropriately apply this filter on all telephone call efforts. If you are a current or recent Comprehensive Life Settlements Agency client, or if you have recently initiated contact with Comprehensive Life Settlement Investments LLC, we reserve the right to telephone you even if you are listed in the national registry. These types of calls are within the limits of the law.

Should you wish to not receive calls from Comprehensive Life Settlement Investments LLC (or any of its affiliates/assessors and assigns) related to our services and you are a consumer at a residential phone number, you must register on Comprehensive Life Settlement Investments LLC's Internal Do Not Call list. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" tab and make clear a "business relationship" no longer exists. This is in addition to the national registry. Please understand that registration on this list would prohibit Comprehensive Life Settlement Investments LLC from contacting you at your residence with any telephone, fax, or pre-recorded message regarding the sale of a product or service. Your telephone number will remain on our Do Not Call list for five years unless you specify otherwise. Of course, if your telephone number changes, you must give us your new number if you want your Do Not Call status to remain in effect. You may make a request to be added to our Do Not Call list in writing or by telephone and should include your name address and telephone number. Send your request to our mailing address or email Administrator at mdavis@comprehensivesettlements.com or call 1-866-470-4960. Allow up to 30 days to be removed from all lists.
