Our Life Settlement Brokerage staff is lead by Michael Erhard. Mr. Erhard has been involved in the Life Settlement Market for the past 7 years. He has developed an expertise unique to the Life Settlement Industry and has developed a network of life insurance agents and other legal and financial professionals. Based on his banking background he understands how valuable life insurance policies are when negotiating life insurance policies to be securitized as bonds or when using life insurance policies for credit enhancements.
From 2007 to present he is also the President & CEO of Senior Life Financial Inc., a Florida based and licensed Life Settlement Company and Life Insurance General Agency.
Mr. Erhard was also a partner in Premium Financing and Life Settlement companies in the U.S. He gained experience in illustrating policies, in pricing policies and in funding policies. He is very familiar with the Milliman program in evaluation of fair market values of life insurance policies.
Mr. Erhard was the Principal Mortgage Broker with Confidential Mortgage Corp., a licensed Florida Mortgage Lending company. He is approved with the Florida Department of Banking and Financing and held a Florida Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Broker license.
Earlier in his career he was the President & CEO of a privately owned Financial Company in Germany. This company specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Banking Transactions including providing financing for companies especially in leasing of heavy equipment, cars, aviation, receivables and real estate.
Mr. Erhard obtained his financing and banking background in a Trainee program with a Bank in Germany and his working experience in private and mutual Banks in Germany. He graduated from the Bank Academy with a Master degree in 1984 after graduating as a bachelor in 1978.
Mr. Erhard is a German Citizen and lives in Cape Coral Florida.
